2006 - Energy 4 Orphans was started in Victoria, BC, Canada by Michelle. It is a 100% non-profit organization that raises support for orphans and destitute children in Asia and elsewhere. 
For their first project, E4O raised funds to purchase beds for an orphanage in Nepal. This was made possible primarily through a program that Michelle and other volunteer yoga teachers developed a fund-raiser called Yoga in the Park, a series of outdoor, by donation community classes.

2007 – Second season of Yoga in the Park in Victoria. Later in the year Michelle went to Mysore, Karnataka, South India to further her study of yoga and determine a new project for E4O.  It was here where Michelle met Sophie, who had been visiting and trying to raise support for the Deenabandhu Trust since August of 2006. The two happily joined forces.

2008 – Cheryl (E40 Victoria member since 2006) began coordinating bodywork for E40 fundraising. Graham is now offering massage by donation on the first Sunday of every month. Another successful Yoga in the Park season in Victoria as well as the first Annual E4O Silent Auction. Sophie and Maggie held a series of community yoga classes in the East Village. Sophie exhibited her photographs from India in Brooklyn. 25% of sales went to E4O.

Michelle travels to california, meets Seane who had just returned from Uganda and thus our third projets is born. Livity Clothing of California make us Ambasitors and puts us in the busness of selling sustainable clothing with 100%of profit goes to E40! The Victoria teams puts on chanting circles and Weekend retreats.

2009 -Melanie started to offer astrology services the first Saturday of every month. Cheryl goes to nepal and visits the orphanage we bought beds for in 2006!.....
